After more than 20 years in real estate, I’m often asked what first led me to this profession. My path was not a conventional one. I began my career in healthcare as a critical care trauma nurse, later completing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and working for several years with individuals navigating the stresses and complexities of modern life. Those experiences shaped how I approach my work today. Real estate is never simply about property. It is about people making significant life decisions — often involving their largest financial investment, and always involving the place they call home. Over the past two decades I have developed a deep passion for architecture, design, landscape, and the subtle factors that influence long-term real estate value.

My role is to help clients see the full picture:
the lifestyle a home offers, the quality of its design, and the soundness of the investment behind it. Clear thinking, careful analysis, and thoughtful guidance are at the heart of every conversation I have with my clients.

Frank O’Dea, O.C.

From “Street Kid to Biz Wiz,” Frank O’Dea’s career is a reminder for people to never give up. A charmed childhood in Montreal was no salvo for what was to come, but Frank did overcome and became a successful serial entrepreneur. As co-founder of one of Canada’s first coffee chains, The Second Cup, he demonstrated his business ingenuity and went on to co-found ProShred Security, and to lead a variety of businesses as C.E.O and Chairman. He soon learned that his real calling was in giving back to his community and co-founded several not-for-profit organizations including The Canadian Landmine Foundation. His avocational work was recognized when Frank became an Officer in the Order of Canada, one of the highest civilian honours in the country. Frank has also been awarded Rotary International’s prestigious Paul Harris award four times. In his third chapter, Frank is excited to be joining his wife Nancy O’Dea to put his pedigree to use in the world of real estate.
