Right-Sizing?

I enjoy reading from Rob Carrick, a columnist with the Globe and Mail who has a regular column on Personal Finance. In today’s Globe he wrote on the concept of “downsizing”. I like to refer to it as “right-sizing” as it really does address what many folks are actually doing; readjusting their living accommodations to a different life style choice.
This process does take some consideration as well as sound advice from competent and capable professionals.

There are many resources out there that can help you sort out what you should do. I believe a good place to start is to learn what the current market value of your home might be at the present time, remembering that it will fluctuate as the market is very elastic.
