Real Estate in Ottawa

Looking at the number of listings that are beginning to come on the Multiple Listing service In Ottawa in the last 10 days with more than 100 listings coming on daily it is obvious that the spring market is coming. Today, for example (February 12th, 2014), we had 110 new listing come on by 6:00 p.m. and 37 conditional sales or roughly 1/3 of the daily inventory.
The numbers from the last several months have started to look like we are in “Buyer’s” market territory and this seems to be more evident in the higher end of the market.
With interest rates remaining low for the moment, the conditions are very good for some great buying opportunities.
This Spring is looking like a good time  for a move up!
